Dr. Jeffery (Jeff) Cowley holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Frontier Nursing University, where he also completed both his Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and post-graduate Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) training. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Utah Tech University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from the University of Utah.
Dr. Cowley brings over five years of experience in primary care, having served in a rural Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), where he provided comprehensive care to underserved populations. His clinical interests include integrated behavioral health, rural healthcare delivery, and advancing access to care in medically underserved areas.
Outside of his professional work, Dr. Cowley enjoys traveling, gardening, farming, and spending time with his family. He is married and the proud father of five children and two grandchildren.
